Mountain Mysteries

With the help of mindful hiking, meditation, storytelling and nature immersion your event guide Caroline will take you into the deeper dimensions of life.

During five full days you will explore the many mysteries on, around and inside the mountain, experience the natural elements and natural cycles of life, and enjoy stunning scenery, fresh air, green surroundings and healing energy.

There will be lots of sharing and socializing, but also time for contemplation, solitude and personal discovery.

There are no group activities on arrival and departure day besides an optional welcome dinner and a goodbye breakfast for those who can make it.

You can expect an extraordinary and transformational time together with a small group of likeminded individuals who have all heard the call of Montserrat Mountain.

Montserrat is located about 1,5 hours outside Barcelona, and can easily be reached from the city center by train.

Benedict monks have guarded this sacred site dedicated to Virgin Mary since the 9th century, and before that it used to host a temple honoring the Roman goddess Venus.

The divine feminine mysteries are buried deep inside the mountain and those who come with an open heart and mind will find ways to connect with its hidden wisdom.

It is a portal between the upper and lower dimensions that hold the memories of those who came before us.

Daily activities will start and end on the big square in front of the basilica and each day is dedicated to a special theme.

As your event guide I wish to provide you with a safe and inviting space where you can explore, experience and enjoy all that this sacred site has to offer.

Montserrat Mountain has called on me many times before and every time I visit her warm embrace she reveals more of life’s many mysteries to me.

To live in harmony with nature and spiritual wisdom is important for me because it enables holistic health through a much deeper and interconnected understanding of life.

I practice yoga, mindfulness, energy healing, expressive art, storytelling, permaculture and plant based cooking.

You will have plenty of housing and food options to choose from, on or nearby the mountain meetup location.

Housing options include an onsite hotel, a hostel, and apartments, as well as nearby B&B’s and private rentals. You will get personal suggestions for nearby housing and travel to and from the location once you apply for this event.

Food options include onsite restaurants, a cafeteria, a bar, and a grocery store for those with apartment kitchens.
